Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Interaction:

  • Identify and understand the main pain points and needs of potential clients.
  • Address technical and commercial inquiries during initial interactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the decision-making process.

Technical Proposal Development:

  • Analyze client requirements to create detailed and tailored proposals.
  • Present technical solutions aligned with client needs, highlighting product or service differentiators.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Support the sales team in defining approach strategies.

Documentation and Presentation:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, emphasizing the solutions and value provided by the company.
  • Document and record relevant interactions and information in JIRA.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requirements and Qualifications:


✅ Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience in pre-sales of SAP solutions.
  • Proven experience in creating technical proposals and conducting commercial negotiations involving complex products.
  • Track record in international projects or negotiations.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools, such as advanced Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

📚 Requirements we would like you to have:


  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or similar).
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portugues due to interactions with international clients.
  • Ability to understand complex problems and translate them into clear and objective solutions.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, focused on technical presentations and commercial arguments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for creating technical proposals and planning pre-sales activities.
  • Customer-oriented approach, with a focus on addressing client needs and delivering value.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Permanent contract
  • Hybrid model 03 days per week on-site in Miami.
  • 15 days of paid leave every 12 months
